Dr. Rymar and his staff are the best. The employees are friendly and helpful. Dr. Rymar is thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He takes his time to give you the proper exam and explains everything you would need to know about your eyes. Highly recommend!!
Always nice to go there everyone is so nice. Your in and out in no time and they always show that they care about you. I have been going to Dr. Rymer for along time -.he is the best and I trust him. Carl
My husband went in about 2 months ago to make our appointments he went in to book them because he wanted to make sure they accepted our insurance because we booked somewhere else that said they took it got there and then they so instead of wasting time he decided to go in and just confirm. He spent 30 minutes scheduling our appointments confirming our insurance would be accepted and scheduled appointments almost 2 months out. The night before our appointment at 6pm we get a text to fill out preappointment form and at the end it says there was a problem with our insurance which was to late for us to call and ask about this (problem number 1) we get to our appointments and guess what... they dont accept our insurance. Our appointments were at 750 and 8am. I have multiple issues with this. 1) why did my husband spend 30 minutes WITH A RECEPTIONIST confirming our insurance was accepted before even booking this appointment told is was accepted and then come in to find out its not? 2) why weren't we called well before our appointment when you guys were notified our insurance was an issue? 3) clearly at some point someone got notification our insurance was an issue since it came up on the preappointment paperwork. Which 4) shouldnt be sent out AFTER HOURS the night before an appointment because I would of called and questioned this before our appointments. While the receptionist was very polite this is a major issue since we had to wake up 2 small children at 6am to make this appointment and now we've waited 2 months to get our eyes checked and now have to go somewhere else and wait more time.
I would highly recommend this Eye Care Center to anyone. The staff are very welcoming and courteous and very professional, Dr. Grohol does a very thorough exam of your eyes and is very knowledgeable in his profession.
