Dr. Benedick not only healed my gross eye in 3 days but she also made me look GOOD too! I thought I had to go to Neimans or Saks for designer glasses … no idea my optometrist carried all the best designers!!! Love how quick and efficient this office is for my visits too.

She will do whatever it takes to make sure we are happy with what we get. The staff is so friendly and genuine, they make you feel right at home. Whether it’s replacing lost glasses, making adjustments so they fit just right, or doing an exam to make sure your prescription is good, Vision OD is the best!

After trying 3 different places over the years, including the big companies, I can say that this place is the best! Great front staff. Responsive, respectful, and organized. Cassie Benedict did my exam and she was awesome. Very informative, answered all my questions, and provided advice where needed. This place also has the latest technology which is very important. She was able to give me information nobody had provided in the past. Amazing experience. Will be back next year!

Hands down one of the best eye care experiences I’ve ever had. Vision Life OD is clean, modern, and just feels high-end the second you walk in. Jenny at the front desk set the tone right away—super friendly, efficient, and on top of everything. Dr. Cassie Benedick was outstanding. The exam was incredibly thorough, and you can tell they’re using top-tier, state-of-the-art equipment. She took the time to walk me through everything in a way that actually made sense, and I left with zero questions about my eye health—which never happens. Big bonus: I got fitted into a new brand of contacts that are noticeably more comfortable than anything I’ve worn before. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and make Dr. Benedick your long-term eye doctor. You won’t regret it.

I've been to Vision Life OD in Lewisville before, but this was my first time seeing Dr Benedick and it was a wonderful experience. She was careful, thorough, took her time and was easy to talk to. She made sure to explain several special details in my tests. I worked with Van to select, fit and order my glasses and it was the best experience I've had in almost 40 years wearing glasses. Van explained everything and "made sure" to customize the fit and configuration of my progressive lenses to account for my special circumstances. I highly recommend based on my experience with these providers.
