Vision Mart

Went in there to get my 3 year old glasses. I thought it was closed because of the sign in the front door. I walk in and the receptionist said hello. I mentioned that the sign in the door says closed and she rolls her eyes and says “it’s always like that. If the lights are on and the door is open then obviously we are open”. I continue and say my daughter needs new frames. She says glasses or a prescription? I said glasses. She responds, “Well that’s different isn’t it. Have a seat and while I finish this order up.” I sit down. 2 other people enter and the phone rings. Before she answers she says to me, “ you know you can pick out frames over there and here”. When she gets off the phone I say to her, those frames won’t work because she’s almost 4. I wanted the flex frames. “Well why didn’t you say that?” She pulls out a tray and slides it on the counter. “ Here” she says. Overall this person was unhelpful, rude, and seemed to hate being there. The first time I went the older lady receptionist actually took time to measure and give me options. After I picked frames, the same ones, she told me that those are too small, I’m making a big mistake, and that if she grows I’ll be back here owing $120 dollars because insurance won’t cover a second pair. I argued saying that she not helping me pick out the next size up. When she handed me what she thought would be better they were uncomfortable and not a good fit. If you want to work here can’t you at least be a little nicer to small children???

The doctor is very polite and kind but theres two main receptionists in particular who are often there and are incredibly rude, especially over the phone. They really need to check their life choices because there is no reason to be that rude. I had called because my glasses broke and i needed new ones and this lady, instead of just directing me to the correct phone number to make an appointment, she said she would call me back and hung up. She never called me back. I had to call again on a different day and thankfully another receptionist was there who helped me out with all the resources i needed. I need glasses to see in order to go to work, drive, focus on school etc...and for her to leave me hanging like that was not okay.

Absolute worst eyeglass place on Earth!!!! Save yourself the headache. You Have been warned!!! Horrible customer service!!! Lazy so called eye doctor would not see me because he was in his lunch break the same time my appointment was scheduled. The receptionist was about as competent as a blade of grass. She had the worst attitude. Her job is way too secure! I'm convinced this place hates making money. I'd rather be blind than ever step foot in another vision Mart anywhere on the planet.

I was taken care of in a professional environment, with Caryn redesign the supervisor and the members of her staff.I was greeted at the door,with smiles,I was escorted to the back,where the most wonderful person name Diane immediately began to help me.she was fast and very professional,.Than I went straight to see the doctor, who was also professional, walk me through everything she did step by step.People This is The place to go if you need glasses. There are alot of people out here who can make a business look bad,such as employees. This place has a couple bad apples,please don't let that get in the way of those who work hard, and keep things professional for you.This Place is Now rated all in my book of great business in MILWAUKEE. You guys keep up the good work!!!!!!!!
