Everything went smooth! Fun and friendly environment. All of the girls created a fun and welcoming environment! Nellie and Devin were great with the exam, Emily was wonderful helping me find the perfect frames and Teah was a life saver when I messed up with scheduling and she helped me figure it out! Also love the selection of affordable frames!
Absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and their prices are unbeatable. I am super picky, but they were so patient with me while I tried on frame after frame. They never rushed me and offered great advice. Highly recommend this place!
The whole experience was honestly great from start to finish! The appointment was super quick and efficient without feeling rushed, which I really appreciated. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made everything feel easy and comfortable. My first appointment was okay at best. The staff was unfriendly, military like. After my eye exam, I ordered an expensive set of top of the line glasses. They said they would call when the glasses arrived in about 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I called them, and the glasses were there. They acted indignant, like I was supposed to know the glasses were there! A year passes, and I receive an email telling me they don't take my insurance anymore. So I cancel my appointment, then a day later I receive an email saying they do take my insurance; so I reschedule. Today I showed up to my appointment 5 minutes late, and they have to 'reschedule'!! Because of 5 minutes! They said they can't show leniency to anyone especially when they are busy. There was nobody else there! This place is a joke. If they want to stay in business, I would highly suggest loosening up a bit. They are in the customer service business! Show leniency! Be professional! This is one customer who will never return.
The staff is very friendly but the overall service is horrible!!!! Been waiting a month for my glasses, paid extra to have them mailed so I didn’t have an extra trip to get them. Got a text saying they were ready for pickup, told them they were supposed to be mailed. I was told they would go out that day ( Monday). Called them on Friday and they still haven’t been mailed. I will never be doing business with them again! And I would recommend that people go elsewhere that has better service!!!
