Went in for ANOTHER lab work because they did not take blood for my other test. Checked in and for some weird reason people who came in after me, got seen before me? 30 minutes later and would have to pick up my kids from school I said screw this. I am not going to be late to pick up my kids because they kept letting people get ahead of me. I guess I tell the doctor my dilemma and have the VA figures this stuff out. They already have my labs, it’s their fault for not asking the lab to do other test but somehow I have to make time to drive all the way here just to wait 30 mins for a blood draw and still got passed up by other that came after me. Frustrating to say the least. Go somewhere else for your labs. I am not coming back here.

Love doctor Frenchman she greeted me with so much respect and you can really tell she cares about her patients. The office was clean and the nurses were very sweet to me. I will definitely be coming back here !
Was told I need to go through a hospital hospital says I need insurance, VA says they can't find my records hospital amabducts me into a psych ward for requesting another medical professional and under the guise (it's required to get your Veteran insurance to cover the visit) doors were locked during business hours. Called ahead said they were open called after seeing it was locked and they said go to a hospital.
I’ve had an extremely challenging & devastating medical year. PAC Team 1 and the office staff at SGVVA have put up with my frustrations and stuck with me lifting me when I fall. I don’t know what I would do with out them. “Best Care Anywhere”
I have had great experiences here at this VA clinic. Dr. Frenchman and the entire nursing team have been outstanding!!! I used to go to the East LA clinic, but this one is so much closer to me and the care is far better. Using the MyHealtheVet messaging system to communicate with them is great and Dr. Frenchman is very responsive, usually the same day or at least, by the following day. I would highly recommend this clinic to any veteran!!
