My family and I get our yearly eye exams done here and get our frames and contacts from here. They’re always attentive and super efficient! Family owned and operated, but others work there too, everyone is friendly and patient especially with children. Went there with my last pair of contacts in my eyes! The timing was crucial and in less than 1 week I had new ones ready for me, that says a lot given my prescription!

They are very friendly and helpful when they are open! Says it opens at 9, I'm a busy mom of 3 so I have small windows of time to get things done for myself. Came here at 9:15 as they say they open at 9 to get my glasses adjusted and it's locked up tight! Even as I sit here writing this review no one has shown up to open the store and this is not the first time this has happened. When I first got my glasses the same thing..guy didn't show up until 9:30! Pretty aggravating!

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is noteworthy. I had a friend ask if they took my insurance and they said yes. I then called and asked personally again, giving them the specific name/plan I had and again they said yes. Well when I went in for my appointment and gave them my card, guess what? "Oh sorry, we can't take this insurance for your appointment." Absolutely rediculous. Will never go there again.
