I’d give them 0 if I could. Rude. Expensive. Poor quality. I brought in a pair of Costas I already owned to have RX lenses put in a few years ago. It cost be almost $200 and that was after insurance, AND I already had the frames. A few years later the lenses are starting to bubble and peel. The lady working there tells me that is normal. Has anyone ever had sunglass lenses peel and bubble the coat $200 because I haven’t? She tells me they can give me a good deal to replace them, another $200. This place feels like it’s scamming people with the quality and price.

A great place if you want a more personalized and professional experience 😀 I brought my Ray-ban frames in and they put my prescriptions lenses in them for me. Highly recommended 👌

They did a great job. I just order my daughter’s reading glasses and Leigh Schroeder gave us an excellent costumer service. Also tech guys Daniel and Corey at the lab worked so fast to have my daughter’s glasses ready the next day!! We are very satisfied with this service and definitely we will coming back.

Was not impressed with the attentiveness of the OD who did not even bother to dilate my eyes (something I’ve had done at every annual before) and seemed more interested in getting the appointment over with so he could go back to his computer at his little desk. Front desk staff acted irritated when I asked for a copy of my prescription and receipt so I could shop elsewhere after they gave me unsolicited overpriced quote. Would not recommend if you’re looking for quality care and getting the most out of your benefits over quickness.

Not satisfied, my glasses had a mark on them, I called to ask if they could buff it out for me, they said yes. Once I arrived, the lady at the front desk said they don’t do that but she would clean them for me. She ended up turning the small dot into a large smudge and they had to fix them. They didn’t charge me because she did it, but had I done this myself, I’d have had to pay to fix them. This is the second pair of glasses that I have bought from them that have done this and I was told before that there was a defect in the coating. They are saying there is no defect in these glasses but the coating smudged exactly like the last pair did. I’m afraid to clean my glasses off now. When I called to check on the repair, the lady I left them with was very rude and condescending to me as I tried to explain to her my dissatisfaction with the policy. She spoke to me as if I were a child-not a paying, adult customer. Won’t be going back. I do not recommend.
