I recently switched providers after years of going to chains and I am glad I did. The level of personal care is unmatched and I never feel like I’m being rushed around to make room for the next client. John is very helpful and Dr. Huynh is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Oh and let’s not forget the wide array of styles that they have from very affordable to some they keep behind a vault. This place used to be a bank. It’s kinda cool.

A chronic condition had become debilitating, and Vision Optique saw me, a new patient, almost immediately. I was already impressed with the unmatched range of inclusive services offered, but the "homework" assigned to me ahead of my appt showed me transparency I could trust. I arrived to the appt already having much respect for my doctor's credentials & dedication to research and efforts.. and that grew with the time she spent towards my care. Dr. Bridgitte Shen Lee is intentional about the ingredients in the products she chooses and is willing to source higher quality options internationally to ensure her patients receive the best possible care. She also understands that can create extra insurance hurdles for patients and has thoughtfully streamlined her intake & treatment process to reduce as much of that red tape as possible... which is EVERYTHING to a patient with rare, chronic, or autoimmune conditions! That level of integrity & consideration is so extremely rare!!! I was honestly moved to tears of gratitude by it. I had excellent interactions with every member of staff there as well and look forward to my next appt. Thank you! ♥

Dr. Shen Lee has been my eye doctor for years. She’s wonderful. She handles my complicated vision and dry eyes better than any doctor I’ve ever had. Her office staff is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and polite.
