Ms.megan was so great, service was outstanding and her knowledge also. Front desk will be looked @. Thank you. First time ever visiting an optometrist, decided to use this location because of convenience and they did accommodate me last minute, that was great. Now once I arrived at the business I have to say, the customer service was very poor on the front desk by a lady name iris? I understand that the area is not the best, but not everyone wants to get over on people. Why did I assume that was her tone with me? Maybe because I'm in the management business in a worst area than hers. I waited for over an hr to see anyone. Horrible first time expirience. Will not recommend.
Great atmosphere and also great staff they’re very welcoming and also patient with you I’ll advise anyone who need glasses or eye exam this is the place to come.
Poor service. I called to notify that I would arrive 5 minutes late due to the heavy traffic in front of their location and I walked in to be turned around after waiting a week for my appointment. They said they give a 15 minute grace period but apparently the doctor left without notifying the staff and they close at 6. I was there at 5:12pm. I rather go to another location for assistance because this location did not provide a solution for me and my son. Plus I had to walk around the building to find the front door .
Alicia and Leslie were really helpful with all my needs for the pair of prescription glasses.
