We've been seeing Dr. Desai for over a decade and have always had a great experience. This afternoon I dropped off my son's frame, and Elina was extremely helpful. She handled the PD measurements, entered the order carefully, provided a detailed receipt, and helped Yuvi select the glasses shape. I am a bit old school and like things done right. I mentioned my concern about the shape alignment. Elina took genuine care, was very kind, and assured me that a plastic mold matching my son's selection will be sent to the lab and also sent pictures of the mold. Thank you Elina and Dr. Desai !

My family has been going to Dr. Desai for about 10 years now. His staff is always very friendly, kind and helpful - especially when picking out new glasses and asking for their opinions! Dr. Desai himself, is very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation and explanation. We have been very pleased over all and will continue to visit Vision Source Richmond and Lake Pointe.

Dr Naik is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She takes time to listen and assess everything. I trust her abilities and feel confident under her care. I recommend Vision Source Richmond.

I normally don’t write reviews but after moving and trying to see a new doctor, I went back to Dr. Desai. It is worth it. Dr. Desai provides exceptional care, is thorough, and takes the time to explain. The office staff is so helpful and kind as well.

I made an error and booked my appointment on a Friday rather than a Thursday. I didn’t realize it until I showed up on said Thursday trying to check-in. The ladies at the desk politely informed me that my appointment is, in fact, on Friday which was a shock to me - lol. Nonetheless, the employee messaged the Doctor to see if I could be squeezed in. Dr. Jagavi Nai was kind enough to see me so I wouldn’t have to come back. Her exam was thorough and informative. She answered all of my questions before I even asked them. She’s very good at what she does and it’s very obvious that she knows her patients’ needs and anticipates them ahead of time. I usually don’t look forward to an annual eye exam, but I will gladly book future appointments for myself and family here. Thank you Vision Source Richmond!
