This place has become a joke. I was put on hold for 15 minutes so they could look me up and this happened twice in 2 weeks. They would put me on hold, then pick up see that I was still on the phone and hang up. REALLY!? Then when someone finally could talk to me, an appointment could not be made until a month later when all I need is contact renewal which takes all of 2 minutes. Also I know of different people who they can't even get the strength right on their contacts. Started them out on a strength. They come and change 3 ☓ and still can't see. Obviously they are doing good business when they can't fit in a customer that's been going there for ages. That's fine. I'll go elsewhere and see if they want my 100$ I'm done trying to get these clowns to fit me in.

Great experience at the Eastman location! Dr. Smith was great, professional with a personality to match! Wendy was patient, sweet, and so helpful with picking out frames and my contact fitting! I highly recommend this business and don’t forget to look for Wendy!

They gave my baby a apt sooner bc his glasses broke but it was a long wait to see the dr and he just yelled his name we didn't know where to go and the glasses selection is very small.

I was made to feel very welcomed and at ease. After experiencing this I am also taking my grandchildren.
