Excellent local business for vision care. Dr. Nutt is excellent and Gracie was phenomenal in helping me pick frames and lenses with my insurance and within my budget. I'm in a wheelchair and need accommodations and extra help and they couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating. Will never go anywhere else!
I would absolutely give negative Stars, if I could, I was put through the wringer with these people. I called on three separate occasions to make sure my insurance was good to go. They knew what insurance I had Walked in the door I said do you guys accept our insurance? Yeah you’re all good to go in two days after my appointment is when it started. Oh well we can’t find your insurance. Do you have insurance? I said yes you guys said that I was good to go will come to find out they don’t accept my insurance how you told me that when I went there I would’ve never went there so now a $39 cost has turned into the $39 plus $115 because they don’t take my insurance oh and not to mention when I give them my updated address they didn’t even bother to update as well. Horrible experience would not ever recommend them.
I had an eye injury and was in severe pain for a couple of days. No one in my area had a Dr available for a few days. I Called Vision Source and they got me scheduled immediately. I drove 70 miles and I'm glad I did. Dr Kirar worked some magic and had me pain free before I left the office. I never write reviews like this but Im so grateful for everything they did for me, I had to share.
I would like to preface this by saying that I am not the patient however, the patient in question is an at risk individual with autism disorder. I will not name their name for privacy, also Lane nutt is an amazing practitioner However, prior to arrival, I called to ask about insurance coverage and was assured that the individual needing scheduled was in their network when I got there my individual did the appointment and it was revealed after the exam to me that ONLY the exam was under insurance then they snuck a $35 exam onto my individuals bill without telling him it was extra I had to pay out of my pocket and was NOT informed until they expected to swipe my card at the end I can understand accidents, but a lie is a lie
