I've been going to this vision source for several years now. I recently changed my insurance, so I called to get an idea of what the best use of my insurance(s) would be. I usually leave my information and what I want to get, and I usually get a call back pretty swiftly. But this week, Madison went above and beyond with answering all insurance questions while I was on the phone with her. I offered to leave my information as before, but she insisted on taking care of all of my questions without calling me back. She set up my appointment for the next day and I was in and out pretty quickly. So a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MADISON AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT VISION SOURCE ON 146 AND I-10!
I love the staff and the doctors. They are so welcoming and friendly and resolve any issues if any in a timely manner. My entire family loves Chambers Town Center.
As a large family we have visited this facility several times. I really enjoyed our visit every time. The staff is courteous and very friendly! The Dr is also friendly, patient, and very professional. He has a way with children to make them feel very comfortable. This was a big plus as it was the 1st eye exam for both of my daughters. They genuinely cared about us and made sure our needs were taken care of. If we needed to be seen right away, they were able to fit us in. We have made appointments and we have been a walk-in, either way, we were in and out. We never felt rushed either! We always felt satisfied with our visit and results. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone 5 years and older. I was very impressed with this place!
Dr Lai and his team are great. Efficient, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. The clinic is clean and the equipment is new and cutting edge.
