Well my experience at VSC today when well, the staff and physician was very nice and professional. My concern was the stamp at the bottom of my prescription. Basically saying if I DO NOT buy my glasses from them and go somewhere else for glasses and that establishment calls to verify my prescription I am subject to a $35.00 charge. I paid for my prescription and if another provider feels the need for whatever reason to verify something on my paperwork I find this unprofessional and desperate to try to collect extra money from me. Be sure I will be asking future providers this question.

Dr. Madeline Nguyen is a fantastic eye doctor! I completely trust her with my eye care/health. The entire staff at Vision Source Copperfield value their clients. They are knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nguyen and Vision Source Copperfield.

Dr. Mishler has been our family eye doctor for many years, and we couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with our vision care. From the very first visit, she made both my kids feel completely comfortable and cared for. Her professionalism is matched by her kindness and genuine attentiveness—she takes the time to explain everything clearly and never rushes through an appointment.
