I had an excellent experience with Dr. Nazanin Moossavi and her entire office. Dr. Moussavi is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and truly takes the time to listen and care for her patients. She explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. The front desk staff is equally amazing very nice, welcoming, and helpful. They are always polite and patient. They follow up promptly with appointments, referrals, and any questions or concerns. Overall, everything about this office is outstanding: the doctor, the front desk service, communication, and follow up. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Nazanin Moossavi and her team.

Michelle, who is currently managing the office, appears to lack the basic knowledge and professionalism required to handle patients’ medical records appropriately. The overall management reflects poor organization, weak communication, and a noticeable lack of care toward patients. The staff’s conduct is unprofessional and, at times, misleading. There is little accountability, and concerns are not handled with the seriousness they deserve. Leadership sets the tone, and unfortunately, that tone here reflects mismanagement rather than integrity. I will not be returning to this practice. If you value professionalism, transparency, and proper handling of your medical information, you may want to carefully consider your options before choosing this office. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider.

I cannot recommend this office. Even with active insurance, I was told I had to pay a significant amount upfront before the doctor would see me. It felt discouraging and honestly disheartening. Patients seek medical care because they need help, not unexpected financial barriers. Clear pricing and compassion go a long way in healthcare and unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope they reconsider how they treat insured patients in the future.

I had a wonderful exam with Dr. Rashidi ! She was very kind, professional and gentle ! Very positive energy as soon as you enter. The receptionist was very courteous as was everyone else I came into contact with, Thank you serenity primary care !

This office and all it's staff deserve no star at all. There is an individual by the name of Michelle without a single clue of how to handle people's medical records in a doctor's office has become the Manger of the same office. They are clearly not professional with the least amount of care towards others. A mismanaged office with dishonorable staff. Way to go Dr. Moosavi. Gladly, I will not see and deal with none of you anymore. Stop lying to people and start being honorable at least while you're working. After hours just be who you really are and we all know your true color. Undeniably the worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with in my life! Stay away from this office, if you care for your health.
