Dr Pham was incredible! Corey helped me find frames and did a wonderful job explaining and answering all my questions. Courtney checked me out and was efficient and friendly. Jill was very personable and anxious to help. Great experience at Vision Source in Harrisonville!
everyone from the front desk, the Doctor's assistant/the Optometrists and the lady helping me choose the right glasses for me were all very nice and helpful. I was very pleased with my appointment and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We've been going to our local Vision Source Eyecare for several years now, we love the entire staff and the service we get from them. Jill is excellent and ALWAYS makes sure we walk away with new glasses that we absolutely love, and Aleeza (spelling?) is always a friendly face who makes sure our insurance and payments are coordinated and that we leave pleased with the service we get. This was our first time seeing Dr. Pham, what a fantastic young doctor. She has awesome bedside manner with her patients and answered ALL of my questions in depth. I would vote to have Dr. Pham as our full time optometrist, but I understand the company keeps her moving around. Would love to see her as our "home town optometrist" some day.
4.5 stars. They are professional, courteous, and provide good care. My only complaint is that the doctors don't seem to stay long, so I seldom see the same one more than a couple times, if that. I would prefer building a relationship with a doctor who will know my eyes & their needs.
My visit to Vision Source in Raymore was 10 out of 10. The staff was polite and efficient. Dr.Harper was kind, friendly, and professional. My exam was quick, but thorough.
