Dont even waste your time going to this place if you need professionalism. When I walked in no one even acknowledged/welcomed me especially being my first time I felt lost. I had to find myself a place to sit as I wait for directions. I felt lost. Their were two ladies at the front desk. One was on the phone. When I went in to see Dr Amit Shah, it didn't get better, as soon as he walked in, he commanded me to sit upright and proceeded to sit on his chair. Never asked how I was doing. Not even an eye contact yet with an eye doctor!!!! Later, he would give me commands on what to do while he was examining my eye and not explaining clearly what I needed to do. I missed some few commands and you would clearly hear and feel a change of tone and a raised voice. After the test, all he could tell me is the girls at the front would help you. He was just in a hurry to come in shine lights into my eyes and leave... atleast thats how I felt. 🤔 The one star is for the optometrist. Never going back.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I was the last appointment yesterday, and Rokaya was the first to attend to me and get me all set up for Dr.Land to see me. Rokaya was sooooo pleasant, very sweet, held a great convo, made me feel so comfortable and most of all was extremelyyy patient with me and kept telling me to take my time (even though I knowwww they wanted to go home already, I was rushing myself because I felt bad, but she assured me to take my time). Dr.Land was also so kind, pleasant and jolly even if it was the end of the day. Maddie and Aliya were also there at closing and not once did they make me feel rushed, in fact they were trying to be so patient and helpful with me in my decision making and seeing how they can ensure giving me solutions. I drove an hour & 15 minutes from my office in the Galleria area just to come to this location and honestly I'm so glad I did. Thank you 4 ladies so much for taking care of me. Also, LOVED the cleanliness of this office. Not to mention the chic look.

I was there for my eyes check up and Dr Tawnya Pham took her time and explain to me everything , I’m very impressed . Also when I get my glasses Ms An and Ms Madeline go out of their way to help me , especially Ms Madeline she’s The Best . Patiently go through all my insurance to help me pick the best glasses. I can’t Thanks enough and sure will recommend everyone that I know to this place . Everyone’s so friendly and helpful there . Strongly recommend !

I came 1 year ago and since it's time for my annual exam I was reminded of my terrible experience and thought to leave a review. It took them over 2 hours for my standard eye exam. At first they weren't even taking me in, and only did so after I nudged and asked them how much longer it would take. After my pretesting it took 45mins to an hour for me to be seen because the doctor took in another patient just because she had kids and didn't respect my appointment time. They also charged me for retinal imaging making it seem that its part of the exam without informing me that its optional. And just to add to everything, it smelled quite bad in there as well. Safe to say, I will not be going back.

The care I have received from the entire staff has absolutely been amazing !! I had a unique experience with an employee Madeline that went above and beyond, my glasses didn’t get mailed out to me so when I called to check on them she offered to dropped them personally to my home on her way home from work. In this day and age there are not many people that will take time out of their lives to help others so this totally blew me away !! The best customer service I have ever received !!
