I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Steve Lai and the entire staff! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was also very helpful and attentive from the moment I walked in. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend this this office and their amazing team to anyone looking for quality eye care. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back!

Best optometrist yet! Extremely pleased with the eye exam. The technician was very helpful. Dr. Lai is very experienced and understands patient comfort over just raw performance. Zero pressure to purchase glasses in the shop. Can't recommend enough.

I got there a few minutes early and was taken right on to the testing area. Dr. Lai came into the exam room within a minute from the assistant leaving and took care of determining my needs for a new prescription. He is just so easy to work with, answers any questions and is there to help out with anything needed. The staff is always very friendly and helpful there.
