Terrible experience trying to collect a simple contact lens order. Took over 2 months to get them. Calls to the ‘local’ phone number route you to a National call center that refuses to transfer you to the local office. They say they will get the local office a message and you’ll get a call back but you never do. Multiple calls with no results. Had to go into the office twice to try and get a response only to be told the orders were lost and they would reorder. Received a call finally that the contacts had arrived, went in the next day and the temp at the front desk couldn’t find them so I left without them again! How hard can this be? Only one person working the front to fit glasses, check people out, handle walk ins. Understaffed, no returned calls, outsourced call center = horrible customer service. Steer clear of this place.

Best eye exam I had yet. Dr. Jeffrey Phillips, OD. was very thorough and used his knowledge to check my eyes and inform me of their condition. As a senior I really appreciate the time he took to explain things. Very pleased.
I was scheduled for an appointment and was greeted terribly! Receptionist told me to go to this room like an order . I tried calling also to get in another date but apparently the doctor is only there once a week? Just unprofessional experience and why is there only one doctor there once a week? Don't know how to schedule on my days off with that and you cannot go to a different location apparently?
I called to specifically make an appointment for contacts, my fiance had to take time off work to drive me as I cannot drive after having my eyes dilated, i arrive at the appointment and the technician takes my glasses, and I said, no I'm here for a contact fitting and she said, well, you have to schedule that type of appointment, after I just got done saying that was what I was there for !! I obviously scheduled a contact appointment or would not have told her that I did ! She was very rude and didn't even apologize ! It's nothing but incompetence from their call center ! I wasn't even greeted in a friendly manner !! They literally, have no waiting area, there's four chairs sitting by the door. Very unhappy that my fiance had to leave work early and lose pay !
The doctor is great, very thorough and informative. They could use a change in receptionist as she is very cold and abrupt. The opposite of welcoming
