Vision Veritas

We had the BEST experience here! I took my kids (ages 9 and 11) for their first eye appointment and it went wonderfully. From the moment I made the appointment, the staff was so helpful and kind. The whole process was seamless, and they even were able to get my kids to do the dilation drops without any drama. For reference, I had to wrestle my kids down for pink eye drops in the past, so I had low expectations this would be successful. It’s important for me that my kids have a good relationship with all things related to their health, and this was such a positive experience for them. Another thing that impressed me is how thorough Vision Veritas is, they told me information about my eyes that I have never heard from any of the previous optometrists I had ever been to. Highly recommend!

Vision Veritas is a big wonderful step above other Vision Centers. Super customer-service! The VV staff are caring and friendly. They take their time to make sure your Vision Prescription is perfect, and they have such a great choice of designer frames! …..Great eye care, great choice in glasses. 5 Big Stars!

Was initially very nervous about choosing Vison Veritas for my eye doctor. It had been forever since I even attempted to wear glasses and after trying my old prescription I needed an update. My exam was very quick and the staff were friendly. I think the massive amount of paperwork could have been sent sooner. I really liked the people though and they had a cool selection of frames. I even was able to get some prescription sunglasses, which was a gamechanger. I made mine anti-glare and transition. They are significantly more comfortable than my old ones and still stylish. With insurance pricing wasn't that bad, but I'd say they are more on the premium end of eyewear. That being said, I'm glad I ended up going with them.

It's been a bit since I had my eyes checked, and everyone was so lovely! Such a wonderful staff, and they were all so helpful with getting me new glasses, and helping my husband finding his first pair of glasses. Will definitely continue to go here for future care and shopping!

This was hands down the best eye doctor—and honestly one of the best healthcare experiences—I’ve ever had. They called shortly after I booked to go over prep and insurance, and even followed up again after finding an additional policy to help lower my cost. I arrived early and was seen before my appointment time, which has never happened to me before. Everyone was incredibly kind, efficient, and thorough. The technician and doctor both took time to answer my questions about dry eyes, and everything—from contacts to billing—was explained clearly and transparently. I will probably never go anywhere else. This team truly sets the standard for what healthcare should be. Highly recommend!
