I had a wonderful experience during my eye exam. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly while answering all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and the entire visit was smooth and efficient. I truly appreciated the excellent care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care! 🤍✨

Dr. Lee has been seeing me and my family since we moved here to AZ 11 yrs ago in both Avondale and now Verrado. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The care has always been excellent and the new facility in Verrado is so nice and convenient. They take good care of us.

I would never go here again. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to be called and that was with only one other person in the waiting area. Doctor was fine. Spent 450.00 on two pairs of glasses and waited 2 weeks and followed up myself to find that they had come in. Could not even see out of them and was spoken to by a child about how sometimes “we” have to get used to our glasses before we can wear them. She could have not been more condescending if she tried. I’ve been wearing my glasses in my entire life. I think I know. Told them that I just wanted my money back and I would go somewhere else that was refused and they required me to see the doctor again which I did a week later went through all the same things. Suddenly my prescription became incorrect and he would not answer me as to was it the people who made it his decision what made them so different in four days. That was three weeks ago and I again had to follow up and ask where my glasses were. The service here is terrible and the attitudes aren’t great either. They were extremely offended that I couldn’t see out of the glasses that they ordered and made.i am going to get them tomorrow and if any issues will demand my money back. 5 weeks is totally unreasonable.

Im so glad I decided to make Dr. Lee my vision provider. His office and staff are warm and welcoming. Dr. Lee is knowledgeable and professional. He communicates very well regarding my vision. He is kind and caring. Im so glad both my husband and I are his patients. I would recommend Vision Wellness to others, due to the wonderful experience I've had.

As a professional photographer, I am highly focused on my eyesight. As a first-time patient, I chose Vision Wellness after receiving recommendations. I am now convinced of their expertise. My experience was exceptional. The staff was highly professional and utilized state-of-the-art equipment. I opted for the camera method instead of dilating my eyes for the exam, despite the $39 cost that insurance does not cover. This method proved to be a valuable way to document my eyesight changes. Dr. Lee informed me that my prescription had not significantly changed in the past two years. However, he suggested comparing my current prescription with the new one. While the changes were minimal, they were substantial enough for me to warrant a new prescription. We also engaged in a comprehensive discussion about the potential benefits and drawbacks of contact lenses. I have previously worn them, and Dr. Lee assisted me in determining the most suitable product for my lifestyle and work requirements are eyeglasses. The fitting for the new glasses was also remarkable. Based on my professional needs, the technician adjusted the progressive “start and stop” aspect of the lenses to align for my specific requirements. This 2 mm adjustment was of great significance to me. A technician assured me that if I was not satisfied with the results, they would gladly redo the fitting.
