I'm an existing patient who is about a week away from my contacts expiring and I tried to make an appointment but due to circumstances in Rolla, they are booking a month out for eye exams. I can't get an appointment in time to meet my needs, so I thought the reasonable thing to do would be to have them order me another box of my existing prescription to keep me over until my appointment in a month. No, because apparently my prescription expired literally a week ago and they won't extend it to meet the needs of their existing customers who are getting screwed right now because you guys don't know how to take care of your people. You are a health service provider, do better. It just takes a little bit of common sense to help people.

I will not be coming here ever again. I placed an order Friday and paid $130 out of pocket and I called today Tuesday to see where they were at and Kayla answered the phone. Why she is allowed to answer phones idk. But her attitude was well they’ll probably get here tomorrow when I told her they said by the latest Tuesday and I am blind without them she said well I didn’t deal with you so idk. She talks to patient like garbage and this isn’t the first time she’s given attitude. She had attitude about my autistic daughter during her appt.
This place is AMAZING! I have been to eye doctors & gotten my glasses from all over KY, CA, & MO & this is THE BEST place. The staff are so in tune they seem like a family & make you feel a part of it. The guy is so dedicated he didn't even have his lunch & told them it was OK. How great it must be to work there with such an AMAZING group. I drove an hour there & I would drive even farther for this level of service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will not be disappointed. Update: I LOVE my new glasses.
I thought the doctor didn’t like brown people the way she treated literally my entire family until I read these reviews and realized she’s just incredibly hostile to EVERYONE. Seems like Vision Xpress condones this kind of behavior as none of it has been addressed. Your entire staff outside of her have been AMAZING and I apologize to them for having to make up for her horrific attitude. I made sure to get a copy of my prescription so I can take my business elsewhere
Do not recommend if you want to walk in. They do not prioritize for any extent. Was told 2-3 hour wait, which we did. Not one walk in was seen. Two other customers left, as did we when we realized they just weren't going to see us without an appointment. Do what you will with your business, but don't offer services that aren't really available.
