We had a great experience at Vision First in Hodgenville! The building was nice and clean. We had minimal wait time until we were seen. They were so patient and kind with my son. He was nervous about his first eye exam, but they quickly put him at ease. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.
Celeste is wonderful. She explains everything and answers questions. She let me know when my cataracts were bad enough for removal. She handled the referral, monitored my progress during the process and after. I have been going to her for several years and she is too notch in my opinion! Shirley Jaggers
They are great. The people care about there clients. They answered all my questions in terms I could understand and never treated my questions as silly. They understand the insurance companies so there is no surprise charges. I would recommend them to my family members.
My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience in this office. EVERYONE that works there is so nice and mannerly!!! The doctor was so knowledgeable about several of our questions and answered everyone with extreme patience. The girls helped us decide on which glasses looked best on both of us. I will definitely never go anywhere else after going here!!! Highly recommend!!!!
All the ladies in reception were so nice and accommodating. The Doctor was amazing and thorough. I will never trust my vision needs with anyone but vision first, no matter what end of town I'm in.
