The doctor was the most thorough eye doctor I have ever seen. It was very noticeable that he takes pride in what he does, he actually cares about his patience, and takes the time to explain things in a way everyone can understand. Very informative. The young women at the front desk were the same way, as well as the woman that helped with the selection of the glasses I chose. Great place for the whole family!
Wow! Absolute 5 stars from this place!! I could not be more satisfied from an optometrist office/store! I have had such a bad experience regarding my glasses and getting prescription filled to a frame and the frame be something I am satisfied with. I have a very thick prescription and it’s a struggle to have something I am comfortable wearing. I walked in unsure because I had never been here before and kelsey( I believe is her name) was an absolute sweetheart! She was so nice and thorough! She was very understanding and answered every question I had. I had broken glasses I was managing until new ones and she just went and fixed them without me even asking! She was awesome!!!!! I will be returning!
Great place for vision needs. The doctor and all of the employees here are very friendly, helpful, and professional.
Fast, expert service. Friendly staff. Much more up to date equipment than my last exam at a different provider. Better overall experience than any other eye doctor/vision establishment I have visited.
BUYER BEWARE They automatically quote you the highest tiers insurance will cover on the lenses and not show you the other options. When I pointed this out, they said "we always put our customers in the best lenses possible". In other words, they charge you the highest rate and hope you don't notice. They quoted me over $350 for glasses but I bought the same ones at the lowest tiers for $80 and there was no difference in the clarity or quality of the lenses.
