I had a great experience with this eye doctor. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly without making the appointment feel rushed. I really appreciated the care I received and would definitely recommend this office to others.
This place has been amazing from start to finish the two sweet kind ladies that I spoke to or Jessica and Heather and Dr Fenton was awesome!!! My mom was treated with kindness the utmost respect everybody was genuine they were friendly they were nice they were helpful they gave us so much time and we appreciate you guys so much thank you very much for everything!!!! Also the place was clean it was cool it was just a great experience the ladies were genuine and nice on the phone start to finish we have had an excellent experience here you are not just another number here these people treat you so nice🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🤗🤗🤗
Nice staff. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The doctor explained my vision issuses from the "pictures" of the inside of my eyes with verbal explanations.
I would definitely recommend everyone to try VisionMakers. The doctors and staff are really nice. I had an eye injury and I was able to get in the same day. The doctors and staff made me feel comfortable and the wait time once I got there was under 10 minutes.
I made an appointment 5 days ago then arrive and lady tells other lady confirm his phone number being rude and loud. I showed her the text from them and asked her where was I suppose to confirm. Once I confirmed number the lady then said I canceled your appointment, I told her why would I need to confirm if I just made the appointment and there was no option on text to confirm. Day of appointment I get a text saying that my appointment is in two hours. This lady was totally rude and had no business working in the public. If you want treated like cattle and treated badly by all means go there. And it’s a shame because the eye doctor I have been going to for last 30 years and had no issues ever like this. But I won’t be treated in this manner. So I will take my business elsewhere.
