Fashion square location Staff was knowledgeable and professional. Hardly no wait time at all, checked in and immediately was called. Great bogo deals depending on your insurance.
Great approachable atmosphere always good to see smiley faces they're eager to get you right in and be seen. I usually make an appointment at this time. I was just a walk-in and I was seen in less than 5 to 10 minutes. It was great The Doctors information is very meticulous and let you know exactly what you need. No sugarcoating it no up sales just straight to the facts definitely a five star establishment. My family loves it here. Keep up the great work guys. Thank you 😊
Staff members were very friendly and caring. Doctor was very professional took the time to make sure everything was where it needed to be seeing that my vision had decreased so he made sure that there was nothing wrong with my eyes. I like the staff members and the doctor referred them to friends and my kids will be patient there and the wrong kids, but they are going to be going there so yes love them.
Optometrist and staff were efficient and kind. I felt welcome / informed every step of the exam. The ladies at the eyeglass sales area were super sweet and helped me find the perfect glasses. In fact, they did such a good job that I got two backup pairs, that I love and in which I'm very happy about.
Incomplete eye glass prescription. I was not given my pupillary distance measurement upon request after speaking to Joanna & Jason. I paid and used the Visionworks website to book an appointment with their optometrist. However, Jason was very defensive after I stated I did not intend to buy glasses in store. He said he did not have to give me my measurement and it was up to his discretion. How is that professional and compete service when I paid for an eye glass and contacts exam using Visionworks provider? Sounds like coercion at its best! Jason made it clear he would only give me my full eye glass prescription (pupillary distance is needed to buy glasses online) if I helped the bottom line of this store. To say the least, I will not be returning my business to this location after being with Visionworks for 10+ years in other cities.
