I visited this optical store today to look at some glasses and frames. The store itself appeared clean and well organized, and the selection seemed decent. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more attentive. My visit lasted only about five minutes, and during that time I did not receive much guidance or assistance in finding options that suited my needs. Choosing glasses is an important and personal decision, so a little more time and engagement with customers would make the experience much better. I hope future customers receive a more personalized level of service.

The customer service experience was superb. The team displayed a highly positive attitude, making me feel safe and valued. I appreciated their professionalism as they helped me create a great pair of glasses, which I'm looking forward to receiving. Their welcoming nature, despite my long absence, showcased outstanding customer service.

I have been coming to Visionworks for the last 6 years for my lenses and frames. The attention to detail, time, and personalized service they provide is outstanding. Wallesca, Optical Supervisor, and Sonia were wonderful this time! But I’ve had others times before, and they’ve all been great. They knew my dilemma and helped me choose the frames that were best for me. I was in and out, with their assistance in no time. Thanks for the help & your honest opinion ladies! I had an outstanding experience at Visionworks, and I can’t say enough great things about the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to the manager, Sonia, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about both customer satisfaction and the overall experience, but Sonia absolutely delivered. The entire process—from the eye exam to selecting frames—was smooth and stress-free. The team worked together seamlessly, and you can tell there’s strong leadership behind it. I wish I had found them sooner. Whoever said that the larger places gave you a less than satisfactory experience hadn't been to Visionworks. I found a great many frames that I liked, and associates that were enthusiastic about helping me fit them. I walked out very happy. *Edit: I had had my prescription done elsewhere (long story) and ended up picking out my glasses at Visionworks. However, I wasn’t seeing clearly thru them… after a few weeks, I brought them back and had the Visionworks doctor do an exam on my eyes… it seemed that the first exam I had done elsewhere was quite off, that is, I did not have an astigmatism nor did I need a prism, nor a distance prescription, and my reading prescription was too strong! If I had not had my second opinion eye exam at Visionworks I would not only be not seeing correctly thru my lenses, but possibly doing damage to my eyes as well. All I can say is thank you to my Visionworks eye doctor. I’m so glad I came back to have my eyes checked and my glasses all redone!
