This is the second time I used vision works. 1st in getting me in for an eye exam when others couldn't. This time as a walk in because I had loss my eye glasses. I waited about 15 minutes, which gave me the time to pick out my new set. Process was easy, simple and quick. I will use them again.
The employees at the Sanford, Fl store are excellent. I was not rushed, they took time to answer my questions and help me with my insurance. Dr. Truong answered my questions about my recent eye surgery and recovery. She is kind and knowledgeable. The staff in the store were patient, helped me with my choices for the new glasses and worked well with my insurance. My husband had a similar experience there. We will return to this Visionworks for all our glasses needs.
From the associates at the front desk, to the staff that helps you get started with your eye appt to the doctor, everyone was patient, kind and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses as well. Definitely my favorite eye glass store and staff.
Great place to buy your eye glasses. Lots of styles and colors. The prices are more than competitive ( actually, they are better prices). I was kindly welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. A very friendly and knowledgeable lady named Elena assisted me. She took her time, never made me feel rushed; and she fully explained prices, options, and insurance coverage. The glasses came in within a very timely manner. The manager in the store was also welcoming. I have purchased glasses in other locations around this area and this store is by far, the best. Update-I had to have cataract surgery and get new glasses as a result. I LOVE the fact I can use my very nice frame and replace the lens. At this appointment, I had the pleasure of working with Mary. She went above and beyond in customer service. My insurance site was troublesome, but she kept going. She even had a fellow associate call me on her day off to let me know she finally got the order through. That was awesome! In addition, she did something no one else has done at any eyeglass place I have purchased. She asked me to put on my new glasses and make sure I could clearly see. Mary is a TOP NOTCH associate. Thank you VISIONWORKS.
I was supposed to get a pair of reading glasses and a pair of transitions. When I went to pick them up it was a pair of reading and a pair of distance glasses. They wanted another 130 for the transitions. Then I get home and the reading glasses are so off I need to be right up on something to see. I can't use them on my computer like I asked for. I have to go back and have a new RX made. This is a waste of my time an money. Pure incompetence.
