I've been going to this store for 4 years now and I can't say enough positive words about my eye care and service that I have received over this time. Doctor Nicotra is very compassionate takes her time and responds very professionally about any concerns you may have. Jared is highly impressive in knowing what I prefer when it comes to helping me pick out frame styles and rembering how I like my glasses adjusted. His customer service skills go far beyond any I have received over the years at other places. He also makes sure to maximize my insurance benefits and that is very much appreciated based on past experiences at other eyeglass stores. I hope Visionworks realizes what they have with Doctor Nicotra and Jared being on their team.

Went in to get my glasses warranty the glasses that I had were no longer available so the associate Rosa took the time to find me a new pair was very accommodating Not only did she take the time to help me get a new pair but she also took a few minutes and repaired the old ones to where I could use them. Everyone in the store is very pleasant. Well mannered just a great place. Would recommend anybody go to them exceptional customer service

Went in to your establishment yesterday due to the fact, decided I wasn't Happy with Wire Frames, preferred plastic frames, was greeted upon entering the store by your staff member, Larry....Larry was Very Nice, Friendly, & Helpful! He took Care of All My Needs Perfectly & Gave Wonderful Customer Service.....He even took the time to set up a tray of Frames for me to choose from, Awesome Job! Very Happy & Pleased with My Visit....A+ Service & Top Notch Treatment!! Highly Recommend....😊👍

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door from Jared. He was very friendly, helpful and explained every option. The entire process was very smooth and quick. This will be my go to place from now on.

Phenomenal Service. I had my yearly exam by my optometrist. He gave me a prescription which I took to Visionworks. When the glasses came in, I could not see through them. I returned to Visionworks, and Jared assisted me. He advised me to return to the optometrist. The optometrist gave me another prescription which I took back to Jared. The glasses came in with the second prescription. I could not see through those either. I once again returned to talk with Jared.We discussed the issues and I advised I could see clearly with my old prescription. He advised he would have new glasses made with my old prescription. I picked the glasses up and I can see clearly once again. I appreciate Jared’s listening to my problems and working with me toward a great solution. He’s an outstanding representative of Visionworks.
