Upon arrival, i was greeted and attended to immediately. The receptionist in the optometrist was very professional and walked me through the process and answered all my questions and concerns. The optometrist was very thorough and made sure that I had enough time to choose the best vision slides. And finally the staff in the eyeglasses department presented every possible modifications available to me so I could make the best choice to my needs. I was extremely satisfied with the way the entire store accommodated me! Every employee deserves recognition in that particular store in Meyerland Plaza! Visited on 5/22/26

They were great! Helped me and my wife in getting new glasses. Made some good suggestions for features we may need with our glasses. We took some of the suggestions and some we did not. Did not make us feel pressured to get stuff we felt we didn’t need. Was relatively quick when we received our glasses. Will go here again in the future!

Small store offers friendly service with a great selection of frames to choose from. Very helpful staff explained the different lens options. Cleaned my existing glasses while I waited. Highly recommend this location.

great customer service helped with locating insurance even when there were only minutes to closing time and stayed extra to get our glasses done. overall experience was awesome

Excellent experience. The team on both sides especially Vena, was professional, attentive, and made the entire visit smooth with fun energy. I appreciated the clean environment as well.
