The experience at the reception desk was not the best. I believe that customer service should be characterized by friendliness and patience especially when it comes to adjusting glasses, given that every customer has different needs (not to mention that the frames were crooked). Unfortunately, the service I received from Gilberto fell short of expectations.

Office was very clean and good atmosphere. Appointment time was kept, employees were very helpful and polite. Doctor was very informative and did not rush. Gilberto at was excellent, took his time, was informative and helpful. He’s one of the best parts of the place.
Best experience ever.. I been using glasses for many years now and coming to this location it’s amazing… all the staff are friendly and eager to help and make you feels comfortable… I never experienced a service like this one.. will be my place for now on .. strongly recommend. Dr Isabella Lozano take an extra step doing her evaluation… definitely she love her job. Kudos to Boris the manager, Vilma, Gilberto .. but to be honest all of them go above and beyond for every client. Thanks you guys for all you do .
Vilma was such a welcoming and helpful associate! She walked me through all the steps and assisted me in getting to the perfect pair of prescription glasses I came in looking for. 5/5 stellar customer service!
