Visited for the first time and I have no regrets. The staff was very professional and courteous. The doctor that checked our eyes was awesome. Very detailed and informative. The frame selection was pretty good as well. And you cannot beat their guarantee and 100 day return policy. I'm definitely glad I made the jump.
Dr. Sun is such a gem. Her team that she works with is absolutely wonderful! Ashley is super helpful when trying on glasses and getting final measurements! Practice manager is also SUPER helpful in figuring out the best priced options for you and your insurance!! Love Dr. Sun and team!! Will be back!
The experience with the Dr/s was excellent the low rating is specifically for Lisa the office manager for giving me the incorrect prescription to have meta glasses made in progressive when I paid for distance and readers frames in store. Hire someone else that can do the job and give customers what they’re paying for and not waste money or effort for incompetence

I had a great visit at Visionworks Eyecare! The staff was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable during my exam. The doctor explained everything clearly, and the team helped me and my son find the perfect pair of glasses. The whole experience was smooth and easy — highly recommend!
