The associate at this store was very helpful and patient. She addressed all of our concerns and was ver explanatory when it came to letting us know how our prescription works and next steps. I am grateful for the experience and will continue to visit this store.

I’ve always took my family here for our exams and purchase eyeglasses. The Staff with the clinic is always professional and treat my children with respect and kindness. But the store for the eyeglasses have been rude.. They seem not care or have no friendly demeanor. When I sent my daughter back for pick up one glasses , they were very rude and not polite to her … I will definitely not be back for purchase again.

Efficient friendly staff made the visit unlike most of my experiences at eye doctors. I highly recommend this office as they did their very best to make a complex patient comfortable as well as make the needed glasses and contact lenses affordable to one without lots of funds. Thank you so much all staff at this location for being above and beyond the norm!!

Basically had to argue for my life to get my glasses and contacts every time. They get you in and out quick with no assistance or education and no empathy if you are confused later. I keep trying to like this place and every time there is an issue. I think it's visionworks on general. I paid for two pairs of frames just to only receive one because of miscommunication. Honestly I don't even understand
