I visited this location on 4/17 to purchase Meta glasses. The representative who helped me was very friendly and advised me to check my order status online for updates. When I checked, my order showed that the glasses would be ready for pickup on 4/30. That date came and went with no call, text, or email notifying me of any delay. I called on 5/1 and was told the glasses would be available on Monday. Monday passed—again, no communication. I called that evening before closing and was told they would have my glasses on Tuesday, 5/5. It is now the afternoon of 5/5, and I still have not received any updates. When I called again, I was told the glasses had not arrived and that they “might” be available sometime this week, but no specific timeline could be provided. It has now been 12 business days, and there seems to be no sense of urgency or concern for the customer experience. Payment was collected promptly, but the product has yet to be delivered, and communication has been consistently lacking. Based on this experience, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I had been struggling with why my contacts weren't helping when they had for decades. My previous Dr told me that "I'd get used to it" and that I could see just fine even though I was telling her for months that I couldn't see. I decided to find a new Dr and thank goodness I did! Dr Dang actually listened to my concerns and helped me find the right type of contacts for my symptoms. She didn't rush anything. She listened. She explained everything plainly. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Dang. Monica was wonderful and patient with me. Sue was super helpful and kind too. Incredible experience. Truly wonderful, professional, and well priced. They were all super friendly. I cannot get over how attentive everyone was. If you need a sign to go to the eye Dr.... This is it!

Excellent experience! I found three pairs of glasses I really liked with Riley’s help. I got in and out quickly as every staff person there worked well as a team. Thank you!

Sue helped me out today with adjusting my glasses with no hesitation! She also replaced the screws for me since they were becoming stripped. She was fast and friendly!
