Visionworks

Today was my first time visiting Visionworks, and I had a great experience. The place was very clean, and as soon as I walked in, a staff member greeted me, asked if I had an appointment, and brought me straight to the room for my eye test with no waiting at all. After the test, the doctor came in right away, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were. Special thanks to Dr Mike for guiding me through the entire process of choosing the right lenses. He was extremely supportive and made everything so much easier. Overall, I’m very happy with my visit and would highly recommend Visionworks!

This place is awesome... They are inexpensive and care for their customers... They are always available to help and very friendly... I bring my two kids here an myself and get glasses and will not go anywhere else... Always get glasses that are fit to our prescriptions... A+....

The staff here are really courteous, helpful and patient. They made the experience of getting all my family taken care of so easy and made us want to come back.

The customer experience from start to end was exceptional. Special shout out to Omar and Steven and Dr Mike! Definitely will refer my friends and family here at Vision Works. Super fast turnaround on getting my pair of glasses.

As if this place needs another 5-star review, LOL! But it would be a disservice to Mike and the team here not to leave one. I’ve been to many optometrists all over the world - Asia, Europe, Australia - and this has been, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had at any optometrist. EVER. Everything from the customer service to the education (yes, really) I received was above and beyond. As someone with generally good eye health (but who still needs glasses), I’ve never had to think about the importance of it all, but the team at Visionworks Brea has me being more conscious of my eye health now! Turns out I have pretty bad dry eye … in addition to having a slightly increased prescription. Whew. From check-in to the exam, frame selection, check-out, and pick-up - it was all perfect, and all doctors and staff members were so pleasant and kind. I will be recommending you guys to everyone I know. Thank you so much!
