This is completely deceptive. Visionworks is entirely corporate-owned, and all locations are required to honor the 100-day satisfaction policy. This manager is actively lying to customers and violating corporate compliance solely to protect her local store's daily sales metrics and personal bonus targets. A formal corporate complaint has been filed with a copy of my receipt, and the District Manager is being notified of this location's non-compliance.
