Really disappointed with their unprofessional and DISHONEST! First I bought a polycarbonate lens from them and the edge came out really rough. They said they don't have a lab so I took the glass to their Newnan store for a polish, it came out OK but when I asked their lab person to measure the lens, the prescription is out by .25 on both eyes! So I came to them again and they said they are willing to upgrade my lens to premium which is thinner so I won't have the edge issue and can also get the prescription fixed. Today I came to pick up my galss and found out that this time lens is even thicker than the first polycarbonate lens which I bought?!

Very friendly staff and usually have great deals on glasses, eye exams, and contacts. Every employee I encountered was very helpful. Scott helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and gave me a few options before narrowing it down to two pairs. Was also very happy I was able to get them the same day as well. Will definitely do business w this location again.

First visit there but I loved it. I hate they aren’t in my insurance plan but they offered me a discount and we still had my sons vision test. The gentleman who made our appt kept calling me in an attempt to get my insurance confirmed. My son loved the Optometrist and Patrick checked us out with a friendly smile and offered assistance with finding somewhere to get my sons glasses. Great staff and office.

would not recommend going here ! Bought my glasses 14 months ago - anti-reflective coating is coming off already....! Not covered under warranty (12 months) and no good will. Have had glasses my whole life - never had this bad of a quality on the surface finish. If you intend to purchase new glasses, go to a quality place instead - like Eyecare Plus here in Peachtree City - my glasses from there are 3 years old and coating is still perfect ! Don't go here - not worth your money or time.

I needed my eyeglass prescription filled quickly and the staff was so very accommodating. They showed me several options from which to choose and assisted me in making the best decision based upon my needs. A lady named Tiffany especially was very friendly, patient, accommodating and professional. The McIntosh Village location has become my new Togo place to get my prescription glasses!!
