When I walked through the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello, and was helped very quickly by Arlene. She was very professional and thoroughly explained the eye exam process. I was there taken back to do my eye exams and then less than five minutes, Jazmin Took me to another room And explained that they ophthalmologist will come on live shortly. I finished up my exams with the doctor And received my prescription In about 10 minutes. Then I sat down with Karen to go over the features I wanted for my new glasses. Karen. couldn’t be more perfect for her position, she has a great smile and makes you feel important. Overall, my experience was fantastic from start to finish with everybody in that office. Thank you.

Karen and her team took great care of me. I have zero regrets on my choices regarding new eyewear and the Dr there was wonderful, gave me special directions and attention regarding my eye care. The staff is always upbeat and in a great mood when I come by. They are very timely and efficient.

No doctor in house. Techs do the whole eye exam. No one told me this until day of. Doctor calls you on webcam. She had not reviewed my chart at all before she spoke to me. Obvious tension in the office and no one is able to find anything in your chart from >1 year ago. Last time going to vision works. Not paying premium for a Skype call with a doctor working from home. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Debating if I should go to see a real doctor instead of this waste of money. I feel like I got scammed and honestly dont trust the company or the service I paid for.

I am a foreigner who simply needed to have my pupillary distance (PD) measured. I tried many other shops, but they all refused, insisting that I had to purchase glasses to get the measurement done. This was the only shop that agreed to help me after hearing my request. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get glasses; the fact that they were willing to measure my PD—unlike the others—makes them ten thousand times better than the competition.

The two women I met yesterday at this location saved my trip. I had an accident with my glass frames from a toddler meltdown on our trip down and I didn’t think I would be able to get my glasses fixed and see on a cruise we were departing for today. They were able to resolve the issue immediately and were so kind and understanding. I will now be able to enjoy our family cruise trip to the fullest because I can see. Thank you both so much again for your help. I highly recommend this location.
