The staff is so helpful. They help you if you need to make up your mind. They explain about glass frames, make suggestions if needed. They are kind, courteous and friendly. Do not make you feel rushed but very efficient. I have found where Ill buy my glasses from now on. My husband referred me to them as he has had nothing but excellent experience there. The optometrist is very thorough. You cant go wrong at Visin Works.

if zero stars was possible, i would give zero stars. my husband had an appointment last april. had a fine experience, nothing extraordinary. he called a few months ago to try and receive his prescription and was told he couldn’t receive it over the phone or via email but could by fax. sure. understood. we aren’t trying to be difficult. we provide a fax number and multiple times the fax isn’t received and just magically isn’t working. after exhausting that we finally make the hour drive there to pick it up where they attempt to give him the run around again. tell him his prescription wasn’t “finalized” somehow and are making it take as long as they can to give the written prescription. mind you, when he had his appointment in april he also bought a 6 month prescription of contacts... so if it wasn’t finalized why was that available and why did they take our money? it’s also against the law to withhold a vision prescription, which i’m sure they’re aware of and that’s why it was finally given. but i’m afraid the better business bureau has been informed of how difficult it was to be given something that should be freely available once he arrived in person. we will not be going back not only to this location but to visionworks in general. what a disappointing experience and rude customer service woman working the front desk who couldn’t even tell him to have a good day as well when he was way nicer than he should have been considering the run-around.

My husband had an appointment. He decided to get contact and received very good and helpful information from the doctor about contacts for first time user. After placing his order we were having trouble getting info about the shipping online; he called and ask the store and was told his order was not ready. We waited a few more days and decided to go to the store personally, after explaining our issue on the website they looked in the back and they had his contacts. We got no call, no message, no email, nothing. It was a pretty frustrating experience.

Everyone there was friendly, helpful, professional. I would use them again. I have been using them for several years now. The sales associate was also very patient with me because it took me a long time to pick out a pair of glasses.

I have been to this store twice and received excellent attention both times. I had a small issue with a contact order and they worked it all out quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed and followed up with me to ensure I was completely satisfied. I like that attention to detail. I recommend this location with 5⭐️s.
