I had a wonderful experience at Visionworks! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was professional and helpful, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the Dr. Zolnierzow as she was gentle, kind and thorough during the exam. A special shout out to Caleb for going above and beyond. He took the time to explain every part of my visit in detail, including the costs, which I truly appreciated. His patience, clarity, and positive attitude made a big difference. Caleb was truly the cherry on top that made my visit so wonderful. I’m very grateful to have visited this location and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with the Visionworks team. The Visionworks team was absolutely amazing! Their professionalism, vision correction expertise, and clinical expertise was highly impressive and mind-blowing. Caleb at the Chicago Ridge Mall made the entire process incredibly smooth, handling everything from my insurance paperwork to final eyewear adjustments. To top it off, Visionworks had my new custom readers ready to go in just five days. I highly recommend them!

Have you met Caleb?!!! He’s amazing! He’s sooooo refreshing!!! My mom and I came in to get my yearly contacts and glasses, and his support throughout the process was a blast! He showed me how to better manage my monthly contacts by recommending a solution that would prolong the comfort and care. I hadn’t ordered glasses in over 3 years, so trying to find a new frame was like rediscovering my face all over again. He was so patient and kind, walking us through the styles, the pricing and even the enhancements to personalize my style of choice. He understood immediately how its a process sometimes choosing the right frames and even encouraged if found nothing I liked, I could always bring my own frames of choice and have my prescription added from there. By the time we finished, I was able to save a lot of money on 2 frames he helped and handpicked for me, along with my yearly contacts. Dr. Z was also very very nice! My first time having her as my eye doctor and she was very clear and concise with my improvements she noticed with my vision and was kind enough to allow me to trial a new brand to enhance my comfort. An amazing dream team!! Please ask for Caleb, when embarking on your vision journey, he will not disappoint and you won’t want to leave!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I was greeted very warmly as I approached the counter. Caleb gave exceptional customer service from beginning to end. From getting me prepared for my exam all the way to helping me pick out what I'm sure will be my favorite glasses ever! The optician was thorough and knowledgeable. She was also great! I will highly recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for optical services!

Our experience at this Visionworks was 10/10. The OD Zolnierzowp evaluated each of my family members and took an interest in our needs. Thereafter, she helped find us savings both utilizing insurance and not. Caleb, the associate assisting us, was also extremely kind and personable. It was a great experience.
