It took nearly a month to get my glasses. The first pair showed up damaged, I reordered the same frame only to be told a week later that they were discontinued. I had to then pick out a new pair and that took about a week and a half. I’ve been wearing glasses for 20+ years and I haven’t really had such major issues. I’ve been to the store about 3 times because of this situation, and honestly nobody really seemed to care. I felt like I had to do so much work for such a simple order - 1 pair of glasses.

The gentleman that helped me was so helpful and kind! I walked in at 6:30 hoping to quickly reorder the same glasses I had broken 2 days prior. The frames were sadly discontinued. I was bummed out so he got up and started looking all over the store to see if he could find a last pair in display anywhere in the store. When he couldn't, he started pulling styles that looked similar to my old glasses for me to pick. I never felt rushed and he was so helpful and informative. He went through what my new insurance covered and showed my different styles that would be covered. I appreciated the transparency and service. I walked out with new glasses ordered and feeling happy with my experience. I was so bummed out not having my glasses but that made it better!

The staff were very welcoming, Pleasant to work with. The eye doctor is very knowledgeable she is the reason why I come to this vision works. Been going there over five years she’s wonderful, knowledgeable, And I’ve never had a problem with my Prescriptions.

I had a wonderful experience from the time I was scheduled an appointment to the end of the process! The front staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The tech was very friendly. The optometrist made me feel very comfortable during the entire process! I picked up my glasses, I am very pleased with them! I will now go to VisionWoks instead of LensCrafters.
