I brought my daughter for her first exam ever and she was a little nervous. The girl doing the exam was doing her best but she didn't have as much experience with kids exams so she went to get the manager for help. The manager Paul came and she was great with my daughter, she got her to open up and get through all the machines, my daughter won't stop talking about how much fun she had and asks when are we going back for another exam! Highly recommend Dr Ahmad as well!

My visit was amazing. Even though I heard they were short-staffed, they greeted me right away and checked me in efficiently. The doctor provided valuable advice regarding all of my concerns, and the staff were very helpful in assisting me with selecting the right frames. This consistent positive experience is why I continue to return to this location.

This Visionworks office is amazingly wonderful from the time you walk in the door until your exit. The Dr is very passionate regarding your needs and sharing a plan to give you what is most needed. Five stars for everyone in the Crystal Lake office!

It’s amazing getting a message 15min before their store closing time that my glasses are ready to be picked up…. Like it’s Sunday how long were they sitting on the table before receiving them in and theirs no phone number for a direct call to the store to ask if my glasses are in? I went yesterday Saturday for an update all I got was “wait for the message”. The last pair I got always a few years ago, I stopped by to see if they were in and they were in and I never received the message. But I guess it’s my mistake for going there again. Since the glasses are paid ahead of time their no urgency on given their customers their glasses.

Normally wouldn’t care as mistakes happen but 2nd time that my order was completely incorrect. Luis was the one who placed my order after exam and then I go to pickup 2 weeks later. The order was wrong. Luis didn’t seem to care at all, not even offering an apology- so now I am waiting a month for glasses. I didn’t want a discount I just wanted an oops sorry. Poor service here -moving on to a different eyeglass provider shop
