Stopped in for am urgent repair. I'm not a patient. The gals took care of me immediately and got my glasses back on my face. I really appreciate the customer service!

I dropped off my son’s glasses for repair on December 22nd, as of today, we still have not received them back. My son needs his glasses for school, so this delay has been extremely frustrating and disruptive. I have called every week for the past month and keep being told “a few more days,” but there has been no clear timeline or follow-up. Communication has been disappointing, and I feel like our concerns are not being taken seriously. If you need timely service especially for something as important as your child’s glasses I would strongly suggest considering other options.

Adriane Store manager was incredible! Super professional. Well informed. People person. Understood my needs w/concern. Explained to me the difference in where I had been a customer. She is a jewel! She made me a new customer to your brand. BRAVO! Made my day. I had an issue with glasses I had been trying to work thru! She solved with professional care!

The customer service there was outstanding.didn’t have any problems with them helping me out with my eye care when it came to picking them out or letting me know what my insurance coverage was.I thank her for her patience and help.

Nadia at River Oaks Location helped us with the warranty’s for our children’s glasses and she was fabulous! Very helpful and positive. I will never go anywhere else for glasses again. VisionWorks has exceeded my expectations and I’m very happy with the purchase we made last year! Everyone we’ve talked with there has been very helpful, positive and kind. I’m glad that I decided to try a different company. The other Chains don’t go out of their way like they have for me here, that’s for sure!
