Wonderful experience from beginning to end! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the doctor was excellent, professional, and very caring. Everyone made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m very happy with the service, and I’m glad I found this clinic. This will definitely be our family’s eye clinic from now on. From the sales staff and customer care to the doctor and the eye exam I was very pleased with the quality of care I received. Doctor Gonzalez thoroughly explained some of the items that were revealed during pre testing, discussed ways to better care for my eyes, and helped me to find a prescription that suited me. The sales staff, Don and Veronica, were super helpful in advising me on my frame selection. I did not feel pressured which I appreciated.
I’ve been a loyal VisionWorks customer for over 5 years, and from the very first day I walked in for an exam with Dr. Gonzalez, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional — and a big part of that is Don. My most recent visit this week was no different. Don went above and beyond, as he always does. From thoroughly explaining the details of my eyewear to making sure the pickup experience was truly personal — he didn’t just hand me my glasses and send me on my way. He sat me down, made sure they fit properly, and took the time to ask how I liked them and how well I could see through the lenses. That kind of care and attention to detail is rare and genuinely appreciated. It’s exactly why I keep coming back year after year. Excellent service! Everytime I've gone there, everyone has been very nice and polite and I've always felt at ease -- much more so than any other eye facility. I also very much appreciated how the eye doctor showed and explained to me the actual health condition of my eyes on the computer screen. Would recommend to others!
