The Dr. was very professional down to earth and efficient with our time. She showed personal interest in making sure we were satisfied with our new fittings. We are super happy to have her as our Ophthalmologist. Staff in front section of store was also very kind and considerate to our needs. They actually helped us to save money and we gained an extra pair of glasses along the way. Jenna Jones was Outstanding across the board. ! Thank you.

Staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Upgrades to equipment over the last year seemed to really streamline the whole process. I was provided with a pair of free trial contacts, and the selection of frames for my new glasses was easy due to the wide range of choices. There were so many choices I was assured of finding frames I would be pleased with. All in all my experience was wonderful, and that's coming from someone who doesn't like going to the doctor normally. I highly recommend Visionworks to anyone who needs help with their vision.

I had a great experience during my recent eye exam. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to help me find the right glasses and made sure I got the best deal possible by explaining the differences between my insurance coverage and copays. The doctor was thorough, kind, and made the whole exam comfortable and easy to understand. A special shoutout to Dolly—she was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about the patients. Highly recommend this office!

My experience was very good it was quick helpful in the staff was very knowledgeable. As a returning customer I hadn't been there in 3 years. They're able to answer all my questions give me a better choice of frames this time and see familiar faces that I saw before made my whole experience how much easier and that much better. Seeing Alicia was very nice she's been very helpful and she's always been an asset to visionworks and her smile and attitude makes things a lot easier.
