Alicia Cann at Visionworks was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of helping me pick out my glasses. Alicia truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pair. I couldn't be happier with her outstanding service and highly recommend asking for her! They also have the largest selection of eyeglasses I have seen! I went to six different places before going there!

Customer care was top notch, help was always present and before I could ask for it. The Doctor took her time to make sure my eyes where taken care of. She explained everything in detail, and even gave my ego a boost. Will definitely frequent here because of them. I was able to easily make an eye exam appointment at the time and location that worked for me. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

I had an eye appointment 01/11/2026 and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and made me feel right at home as soon as I walked through the door. The technician who performed the initial exam was very kind and easy to talk to while we chatted it up about Mardi Gras in New Orleans. The eye doctor was extremely thorough while examining my eyes and took the time to explain everything, keeping a pleasant conversation about my eye health throughout the visit. The two young ladies who assisted me afterward helped me understand my benefits clearly and made picking out the perfect frames such a smooth process.
