Nice selection of frames. You're acknowledged by a greeting when you walk in the door. My Representative, took her time with me and she was very patient with me while I decided what frames I actually wanted to purchase. Also. This location is a professional and clean environment. Experienced and efficient staff. Great doctor who took time to ensure I understood the conditions of my eyes. She was also personable. The staff in the front should smile more and greet customers warmly.
My experiences with vision work was great! However, the plan of buy one get one free and or buy one get half off as it releases to your insurance. Was not deeply explained until after I had made my decisions on the glass that I want, therefore, I was only able to buy one pair.. But other than that, the service was very professional.
Great Fast Experience. I made a same day appointment. Appointment was at 3 and at 3:28 i was already leaving. The doctor (Dr. Ostrow) there she is super nice and super accurate. The staff were very friendly as well. My new contact prescription makes me feel like wherever I went prior was inaccurate. I would recommend to anyone and I will be back!!!
I would recommend to anyone very great customer service from the doctor to the receptionist upfront!! I just would give a shout out to faith. She was wonderful and respectful with all the customers that I saw she worked with while I was waiting. She also took time out of her day to help me!!!
