I recently had an excellent experience at Vision Works in Waugh Chapel for my eye exam and new glasses. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk team was incredibly helpful during the check-in process, making everything seamless. During my eye exam, the staff in the back was equally attentive, and Doctor she was particularly informative and thorough. Her expertise made the experience reassuring and enjoyable. The checkout process was smooth as well, ensuring a positive end to my visit. I genuinely loved my experience and recommend Vision Works to others.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The entire staff from Ms Rose first greeting you at the door is outstanding. This Vision Works is superb and so welcoming, the customer service is great.. its a lot to write with so little space. You definitely need to visit this location, we live closer to Bowie but I will spend that extra gas to come here... you definitely need to see them, they won't steer you wrong.

I had an issue with my son’s eye contact prescription being lost in the system. Megan however did an amazing job with searching the system in order to find it. I can’t thank her enough for the extensive work that she put in to find my son’s prescription. The crazy thing is that he desperately needs his contacts in order to play football in which his regular season starts September 4th! Great job Megan!!!
