The service persons are competent about insurance benefits as well as in store sales and promotions. They are also courteous and efficient in working with customers. The treating physician was both knowledgable, and personable. At this location my eye care was taken care of, and my time was respected.

Entire consult from eye exam, to new glasses ordered, was super smooth and efficient. ALL staff were super friendly and easy to chat with. Great Location !
The staff working at the front are all very lovely people and provide great service. They helped me pick out my glasses and are very kind. The optometrist on the other hand was not as great. She sped through my exam and when I asked her specific questions about a condition I had she was very dismissive. I have been to other visionworks locations where the optometrist has taken their time to explain things and hear my concerns but this doctor was rushing me and was moving towards the door as I was still speaking to her. Very unfortunate experience as I love the customer service at visionworks but this doctors attitude felt like she did not care.
My husband and I both purchased glasses from this store. His experience was smooth because he ordered a very simple pair. Unfortunately, mine turned into a frustrating experience. Be aware of their so-called “90-day satisfaction guarantee.” It only applies if the glasses are in perfect condition. When I made my purchase, the staff told me that if I wasn’t happy with the glasses for any reason, I could return or exchange them. Because of that assurance, I chose one of the most expensive fashion-style Ray-Ban frames. I wasn’t sure how they would look with my high prescription (which requires thicker lenses), but I felt comfortable taking the risk because of their return policy. The customer service before payment was very nice. After the sale, however, it was a completely different experience. The glasses actually looked nice, but the frame has a design flaw. The screws on the nose bridge loosened within a week. The alignment was so fragile that it couldn’t hold up to normal daily use. For a few days the frame was tilted, which even made me feel dizzy. Because I have a newborn, it’s difficult for me to visit the store during weekday hours, so I had to go on weekends and wait in line with my baby. The staff helped adjust the frame and tighten the screws. During that visit I also mentioned I noticed a tiny scratch on the lens that I hadn’t noticed before. I’ve worn my previous glasses for more than three years without a single scratch, so this was surprising—especially considering these were the most expensive frame and highest-index lenses with anti-scratch coating. When I asked about exchanging them, I was told it wasn’t possible because the glasses were no longer in “original condition.” The only option offered was to keep the same lenses and replace the frame. But since the frame itself has a design flaw, that doesn’t solve the problem. Another staff member said they would escalate the issue to the manager and that I would receive a call. I never received that call. The screws loosened again the following week, and when I went back to fix them I asked again about the callback. They said they would leave another note for the manager. I still never heard anything. At this point I’m tired of running back and forth. I’m just sharing this experience so others are aware. If you plan to buy glasses here, you may want to stick with very simple frames and be cautious about relying on the “90-day satisfaction guarantee.”
I went to a different eye doctor for a few years and then came back here. The doctor speaks candidly which I appreciate. It's the staff for me though. Knowledgeable, kind, helpful, reliable...I go back for the people.
