Val helped me with my contact pick up for my trials. She was very nice, polite and friendly. She said she is from the Allen park location and was helping the Taylor office out. She was very knowledgeable about everything and helped me come out of my comfort zone to try something out new.

Absolutely awful. They're supposedly a VSP Premier Provider but yet they want to charge me almost $100 out of pocket for a contact lens fitting? So you're telling me you charge $230 for a contact lens exam and "fitting"? I walked out of there thinking her condescending have a nice day was the icing on the cake until 5 minutes later I received a text that they rescheduled an other appointment. For me in Saturday. That makes no sense. Save your time, money and frustration and go to America's Best and pay $129 for 3 years worth of exams that include your lens fitting and use all your benefits for the contacts. Or at least find a network provider that doesn't charge you extra for having insurance.
My 1st.time dealing with Vision Works. Everyone from the technician to the Dr. was very helpful and informative about my eyes. Thank you for helping me pick out both eye glasses & sunglasses.
I had such a wonderful experience during my eye exam. From the moment I walked in the communication was excellent! First, making me aware of the delay in being seen , which actually wasn’t that long..to getting all the different tests. Picking out my glasses and learning what size I wore… she asked me what size I wore and I said, I used to be an xl now I’m an L .. who knew!! It was way better than having to go to the dentist!! Especially for the cost of getting everything I wanted in my new glasses!! I’ll be recommending VisionWorks in Taylor to everyone who asks!! Thank you to the incredible staff!! They deserve a free lunch!!
